Appropriation of land of Journalist Goutam Das and Office Set Up of Awami League and Bangabandhu Club
A general diary (GD) has been filed at Vanga Police Station of Faridpur district. Family members of murdered journalist Goutam Das have filed the report. The allegations of general diary revealed that Awami League leaders, the ruling party, have appropriated land of the deceased journalist. The ruling party men have also set up local Party Office for Awami League. They have also named it as ‘Bangabandhu Club’, named after the legacy of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the founder of Bangladesh.
