Son of freedom fighter shot by Bangladesh police

Police in action: Determined to hinder the ongoing protest by any means

He asks repeatedly, “can I get my leg back?!” and mentions how he was taken to the police station, blindfolded and shot in the leg. His leg has been amputated. His father, a freedom fighter for 1971, is in shock, demanding how this can be permitted in a free country. Alamgir was a small businessman who hearing gun shots ran to the police for cover. Instead he got arrested and shot multiple times in the leg while in custody. His leg too was amputated. His family is in shock and his wife says she lacks the words to express herself.
