Considering those grounds, we have decided to reschedule our program”, he said to reporters.   Meanwhile, authorities imposed ban and section 144 on the Hifazate Islam rally set to be held on November 15 over security reasons as Tariqat Federation, a pro government religious organization, declared to hold rally at the same place of the Hifazate.   Earlier, Hifazate Islam declared to organize the rally at Shapla Chattra, Motijheel; the commercial hub of Dhaka to press home their demands.   After their declaration of the program, the pro-government organization vowed to hold their rally at Shapla Chattar at the same time on the same day.
